Springer Capital Properties Construction Corp. is the firm’s general contracting company with a track record of successfully completing multifamily renovations and new construction projects. SCP also contracts with outside clients. Springer Capital Properties, Inc. is the firm’s property management business that manages property for its own portfolio and for nonprofit or for-profit building owners. The company has a team of dedicated professionals with years of management experience and skills in rules and regulations covering affordable housing programs.
